CME Credit Transcripts - Self Service  How to Check In for Grand Rounds: Three options

How to Access A CME Transcript via Self-Service option:

If you have been a registered participant in a CPD activity at NYU Long Island School of Medicine , you may download a detailed transcript of your CPD activities and credits earned for a specified period of time. Credits are archived for a six year period in compliance with ACCME requirements. Just click onto the CME Transcript link and follow the simple instructions to create a unique personal password and download a transcript.

You can access your CME transcript via self-service at any time – day or night:

  • 1. Log into https://medli.cloud-cme.com
  • 2. After logging in, navigate to the Yellow MyCME button
  • 3. Touch the Transcript tile to download your transcript.
  1. 4. You can also upload credits and certificates you earned externally, to securely store them in one location with your NYU-LISOM CME credits.
  2. 5. See these steps illustrated visually here

Please be aware that if you are missing any credits for sessions you have attended, either you may have multiple email accounts in our CloudCME system, or there is a delay in the transcribing of credits by your department. To request a consolidation of multiple email addresses you have used to log-into this system, please submit the multiple account merging request form.

In addition, please be aware that if you are missing any credits for sessions you have attended, either you may have multiple accounts in the Cloud CME system or there is a delay in the transcribing of credits by your department.

 1. Via text message – A distinct code will be provided for each Grand Rounds.

If this is the first time you are texting your attendance, you must first pair your mobile number to your account.  Text your email address to (516) 500-8086 to opt-in to the text message attendance program.  You will receive a text notification indicating your phone number has been updated.

Once your account is paired to your mobile number and you have obtained the event code, send the code via text to: (516) 500-8086.For recording Live Stream activities, attendees will receive a code via email.

Please note, attendance can only be recorded 15 mins. prior to the activity start time, during the activity and up to 15 mins. after the activity closes.

2.  Via mobile app – in your browser search CloudCME® check in or CloudCME® mobile app and download to your Apple or Android device(s)  to access the Check-in menu and scan a QR code. This app also features mobile access to your transcripts, access to the calendar of events, and many other exciting features!

3. Via web - visit your MyCME button above for the "Claim Credit" function. This requires an event ID for each session you claim, which can be obtained by that series' departmental CME coordinator, as is usually displayed to participants at the end of the session or meeting.
