This education will improve clinical teaching effectiveness, specifically in the areas of:

-Fostering independent learning for students/residents

-Allowing autonomy of learners

-Organization of teaching time

-Giving regular feedback to learners

-Providing clear expectations to learners

-Adjusting teaching to meet needs of learners

-Asking probing questions of learners

-Giving clear explanations to learners

-Adjusting teaching to setting of learning

-Coaching on technical skills for learners

-Incorporating data for best evidence medical education in learning

-Teaching clinical reasoning to enhance reflective learning

-Teaching communication for patient-centered care

-Teaching cost of care for systems-based practice
